    Expert in façade systems and envelope performance, with hands-on leadership in detailing, constructability reviews, and QA/QC. Routinely sets office-wide documentation standards and raises technical execution across design teams.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship
    Operates at a senior level with a mentoring mindset—providing guidance to junior staff, aligning design standards, and supporting multidisciplinary collaboration. Trusted to lead teams without focusing on title, and highly valued for consistent technical support.
  • Client & Consultant Interface
    Experienced in translating design intent into buildable solutions, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Participated in early-stage project scoping and supported business development with a clear technical lens.
