- Technical Tools & Software: Skilled in engineering modeling and design tools, including Risa 3D, RAM, Enercalc, and MS Excel. Experienced in drafting and markup software including Bluebeam (8+ years) and AutoCAD (2 years) for structural plan development and construction-ready documentation.
- Project Management: 14 years of experience managing all aspects of engineering and client service projects, from initial scoping and proposals to delivery and follow-through. Adept at handling simultaneous workstreams and cross-functional coordination.
- Construction Support & Field Reporting: Regularly performs site visits for new and existing projects, providing field reports, observations, and structural recommendations. Experienced in managing change orders, construction issues, and field-based solutions.
- Client Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, developers, and contractors. Regularly leads client meetings to clarify scope, budget, and deliverables.
- Commercial & Residential Experience: Portfolio includes a wide range of projects such as custom homes, apartment buildings, medical offices, tilt-up concrete warehouses, aluminum balcony systems, tenant improvements, and structural retrofits.
- Leadership & Team Oversight: Background includes managing large teams and overseeing strategic initiatives in past roles outside engineering, including a $1M+ Microsoft client portfolio and team of 15+ employees at CSG.
