Teagan Jensen is a Senior Recruiter at Enginuity Advantage, bringing six years of recruiting experience and a people-first approach to every search. She focuses on building meaningful connections with both candidates and clients, helping ensure the right fit not just on paper, but in day-to-day work and long-term success.

Teagan is known for creating a comfortable, transparent experience throughout the hiring process. She takes the time to truly understand what people are looking for in their careers and uses that insight to make thoughtful, intentional placements that last. Her genuine approach helps build trust and strong relationships on both sides of the process.

Outside of work, Teagan loves spending time outdoors—whether she’s in her garden, on a hike, or at the beach soaking up the sunshine with the people she loves. She’s also a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast (currently loving a blueberry, maple, vanilla latte) and enjoys getting lost in a great book. As the owner of Wanderbean Coffee, a mobile beverage trailer, she’s found a creative outlet that brings her joy, connection, and a whole lot of fun.
