Stephanie Klinger is a Recruiting Specialist at Enginuity Advantage, where she focuses on direct hire placements across the Pacific Northwest. She partners closely with clients and candidates throughout the entire hiring process, specializing in engineering, architecture, safety, and construction roles.

Naturally outgoing and relationship-driven, Stephanie thrives on connecting with people and truly understanding their goals. She brings a hands-on approach to every search, creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships while helping companies grow strong, high-performing teams.

Outside of work, Stephanie loves spending time with her husband and daughter, Penelope. You’ll often find them camping, hiking, attending concerts, or making trips to Leavenworth. She also enjoys time near the water (especially spotting PNW orcas) and occasionally works at a local Woodinville tasting room, where she gets to share her love of wine and connect with people from all over.
