As the Founder and CEO of Enginuity Advantage, Kelly brings deep expertise in recruiting, HR, and leadership development. Alongside her business partners and teams, she has launched and scaled several companies dedicated to connecting top talent with the right opportunities and helping leaders build high-performing, people-first cultures.

Kelly is also a coach, consultant, and host of the Absolute Advantage podcast, giving her a unique perspective on hiring and leadership from every angle. Known for her ability to see both the big picture and the human side of every decision, she is passionate about helping leaders create lasting impact through their people.

Outside of work, Kelly is all about growth and enjoying the little things. She’s a mom to three geriatric pups, has a knack for attracting hummingbirds wherever she goes, and loves spending time in nature—whether that’s gardening, getting outside, or just soaking it all in. Music is almost always playing, and while she started out as a mixed tape aficionado, she’s fully embraced the digital world (though the appreciation for a perfectly curated playlist hasn’t changed). She loves to laugh, doesn’t take herself too seriously, and is always looking for ways to learn and grow.
