Jan Fleck is the Office Manager at Enginuity Advantage and truly the glue that keeps everything running behind the scenes. Since joining the team in 2014, she has supported the business across payroll, accounts receivable and payable, benefits, and more—while also assisting recruiters, supporting business development efforts, and occasionally jumping into recruiting herself.

Jan is known for her incredible communication skills and her ability to connect with just about anyone. Whether she’s working with clients, supporting the team, or helping solve a problem, she brings a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Outside of work, Jan enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking her dog Winston, and keeping up with her birds, Rookie and Archie. She’s a fan of podcasts that make her laugh, loves a good book, and is always dreaming about her next trip back to London.
