An experienced Environmental Engineer specializing in site remediation, permitting, and compliance, with a strong track record managing complex field operations and environmental cleanup projects across Washington State. Deep technical knowledge of groundwater extraction systems, stormwater and compliance permitting, and remediation system operations. Expertise spans technical reporting, regulatory coordination, subcontractor management, and client-facing responsibilities. Key Skills and Competencies

Environmental Remediation & Technical Execution

  • Leads remediation efforts including groundwater extraction system operations, excavation oversight, and SMR/technical reporting.
  • Experienced with Washington State and King County permitting requirements for water and environmental compliance.
  • Manages site compliance systems and interfaces with Washington Department of Ecology on active remediation projects.

Project Management & Field Oversight

  • Manages on-site staff and subcontractors; oversees scopes of work, change orders, schedules, and field execution.
  • Experienced in drafting proposals, developing scopes for new and repeat clients, and preparing budgets and invoices.
  • Produces groundwater reports and compliance documents for state and county regulators.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Serves as a trusted client liaison, participating in project scoping and budget development while maintaining strong relationships with regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and documentation of environmental projects.

Permitting & Regulatory Coordination

  • Works directly with stormwater permits, five-year compliance permits, and permitting requirements at both the state and local levels.
  • Provides technical guidance to ensure project alignment with complex environmental regulatory frameworks.

Leadership & Strategic Growth

  • Leads project-level planning and team coordination efforts.
  • Seeks to advance into a Senior Environmental Engineer role with a focus on expanding leadership responsibilities and long-term stability.
