Position Summary

As the Receptionist you will need to have experience with customer service, multi-line phone systems, data-entry/10-key, strong organization skills, and be self-motivated. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering the phones and directing calls to the correct person
  • Greeting and directing customers and vendors when they come into our facility
  • Help Will-Call customers with their paperwork
  • Process invoices and receiving paperwork for the purpose of getting bills paid as required

Qualifications

  • Must have customer service experience
  • Professionalism dealing with vendors, coworkers and customers
  • Must possess strong team building, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, good organizational skills, and able to multi-task
  • General computer skills and knowledge of office equipment (10-key, copier, phones, etc.)
