What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and manage multiple workplace projects with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Shape design direction by defining scope, schedule, budget, materials, and overall project vision
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to bring ideas to life
  • Develop and produce detailed project documentation in Revit
  • Participate in construction administration and ensure design integrity through execution
  • Create and present compelling interior finish concepts
  • Oversee FF&E specifications, procurement, and budget management

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • 8+ years of professional interior design experience, with workplace project exposure
  • NCIDQ certification or the ability and intent to obtain licensure or NCIDQ certification in the future
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution
  • High proficiency in Revit, plus experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented
  • Confidence in communicating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Experience managing FF&E, procurement, and project budgets

Compensation: 90K-105K DOE
