What you’ll be doing
- Lead and manage multiple workplace projects with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
- Shape design direction by defining scope, schedule, budget, materials, and overall project vision
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to bring ideas to life
- Develop and produce detailed project documentation in Revit
- Participate in construction administration and ensure design integrity through execution
- Create and present compelling interior finish concepts
- Oversee FF&E specifications, procurement, and budget management
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 8+ years of professional interior design experience, with workplace project exposure
- NCIDQ certification or the ability and intent to obtain licensure or NCIDQ certification in the future
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution
- High proficiency in Revit, plus experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Confidence in communicating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Experience managing FF&E, procurement, and project budgets
