What You’ll Be Doing
This is a highly interactive, team-centered role where you’ll be at the heart of operations supporting both customers and the outside sales team.
You’ll:
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Process orders, quotes, and change requests with a high level of accuracy
- Handle a steady flow of calls and emails (this is a fast-moving environment)
- Support outside sales reps by coordinating materials, pricing, and timelines
- Help solve problems and keep projects moving forward
- Ensure every detail is correct so customers receive exactly what they need
This role starts with a strong focus on data entry and coordination, then expands as you learn the business and build confidence.
