How it works:
Submit your referral: Share a few details about the engineer below – name, contact info, what they do, and how you know them.
We connect with them: We’ll reach out, learn what they’re looking for, and only move forward if they’re truly interested.
We place them in a great role We introduce them to roles that fit their skills, priorities, and compensation goals.
You get paid: If your referral is hired through Enginuity Advantage and stays for 90 days, you get $2,000 or we donate that amount to a charity of your choice.
Plus, each successful hire enters you into a drawing for a $1,000 travel voucher.
