RULES OF ENGAGEMENT - Here are the guidelines for a successful partnership:

  1. Exclusivity – 100% commitment to exclusivity to ensure a mutual commitment level
  2. Detailed Job Description – all necessary details received prior to beginning search
  3. Signed Agreement – service line identified and signed agreement received
  4. Fee Confirmed – terms and fee agreed upon
  5. Tentative Start Date – mutually agree on a start date “goal”
  6. Timeline Discussed – goals set for moving forward in the process
  7. Position History – full disclosure of the history of the position prior to beginning search
  8. Realistic Position – position requirements are consistent with the salary/package being offered
  9. Communication – direct communication with the decision maker at all times as well as other people with interaction or influence in direct relation to this position is necessary
  10. Review and Agreement – together, review and agree on the terms listed above in an effort to move forward into a mutually beneficial partnership for successful hire
